Local cannabis zoning
The Department of Consumer Protection's chart of the cannabis zoning decisions towns report to it lists a moratorium on cannabis establishments in Waterbury.
The city had an estimated 115,908 residents in 2024 and covers 28.5 square miles of land in the Naugatuck Valley Planning Region. It was incorporated in 1686.

Saved directions can show old exit numbers. Connecticut DOT began mileage based exit number signs on the highway on July 8, 2024, per its advisory on the exit renumbering. We also have a Route 8 corridor page.
Finding our exit
Pershing Drive is exit 13A, the ramp signed for Pershing Drive and Ansonia, about 0.25 km from our door.
Exit 13A is a northbound exit and southbound entrance, so heading south from the city that ramp will not take you off the highway. Set your map to our address before you leave.
We have free on-site parking when you pull in.
Not driving? Derby-Shelton station, at 1 Main Street, is on the Waterbury Branch rail line.

Start by picking a format: flower, pre-rolls, vapes or edibles. Tell the budtender how you plan to use what you buy, and ask what each format involves before you settle on one.
If you are choosing between strains, our Bud Bar lets you view and smell them before you buy. It is a dedicated consultation area toward the back of the showroom where you sit down one on one with a budtender, and it needs no appointment. The Hartford Business Journal reported in March 2025 that it was the state's first bud bar where customers can examine and smell products. Hosts with iPads also help you browse the menu and order.
Ordering ahead and what delivery covers
Online ordering is open 24/7 on our live menu, so you can place an order for in-store pickup from home and collect it when you arrive.
Our delivery page lists 14 towns served by our store. The city is not one of them, though Naugatuck and Seymour are. Checkout on the live menu shows whether delivery reaches a given address, and our store takes scheduled delivery orders rather than on-demand ones.

How do I pay at the store?
Cash or debit. We do not take credit cards, and there is an ATM on site.
My saved directions say exit 16. Is that the same ramp?
Yes. Pershing Drive was exit 16 on the highway before mileage based renumbering, so an older map that says 16 means the same interchange.
